Thai Scuba Aventures - College Project!

This was a project that was required as part of the Wizard on the Web Course, run by Vision to Learn.

Excerpt from the Project Brief

Now put it all into practice. Using HTML, produce a homepage and three example pages for either your own or Jenny’s website. Your example pages should include the following:

  • Internal and external links.
  • Images and video clips within the site using one animated GIF, one sound file, and one mov. file. Explain how image size and type can affect download times.
  • A table. Explain how these can be used to organise information.
  • Frames and a no-frame option. Explain how these can be used to organise information.
  • An input form asking for feedback from customers.

The Solution

As a major design consideration, the website was from the start designed in such a way that the content was presented in both a frames and a no frames version.This website exists in two forms; a frames based and a no frames version, this was accomplished using server-side includes, to house all the different common elements of the page design, as well as the actual website content.
